(The client engaged Feedback ventures as the sole consultant for advisory across multiple disciplines like financial analysis, hospital management, hospital work flows, civil & architectural supervisory support, It & communication advisory, tariff and operations planning, demand/ inventory assessment etc. and Dr Kapil kataria being a domain expert with the Organisation was responsible for executing this assignment) Some of the prominent modules are: -

a) Services outsourcing:  Need identification, requirement formulation with key performance indicators and bid process management for housekeeping & facility management, cafeteria, laundry, Interior designing services.

b) Equipment outsourcing:  Need identification & requirements formulation along with specifications and bid process management for loose furniture, medical furniture and medical equipment’s.

c) Tariff structure formulation and management policy:  Based on case studies, tariff structure formulation for various services in compliance with business model.

d) Coordination works:  Residual defect identification & process formulation while coordinating with architect, interior designer, equipment vendors and other executing agencies.

e) Commissioning of hospital services:  Planning, operational details and standard operating procedure for medical services, bio medical waste management and medical records within hospital, setting up stores with inventory planning for medical and non-medical items.

f) Detailed Lab diagnostics planning: Extensive planning for laboratory involving the following by means of creating a business plan for lab department by means of pricing & evaluation of services.
